7. Do you offer No-Gi classes?

Yes! We offer both Gi and No-Gi classes. No-Gi training focuses on grappling without the traditional uniform (Gi), which helps develop skills applicable to MMA and self-defense. Check our class schedule for availability.

8. Is there a minimum age requirement for kids’ classes?

Yes. Our kids’ programs typically start at age 3-4, with classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
